The Social Hub offers free yoga sessions open to everybody in Bologna, and urban trekking in Florence.
June 2023 – The Social Hub will this June celebrate Global Wellness Day (10 June) a day dedicated to physical and mental wellbeing. On this occasion people are invited to slow down, take a moment to reflect on what 'well-living' really means, and ultimately take care of themselves.
The Social Hub has always supported the wellbeing of the community that brings to life its eclectic and flexible spaces - not just hotel rooms for longer or shorter stays, but also coworking areas, bars, restaurants, gyms, shops, swimming pools and locations for local events.
Working with Italian ambassadors for the brand, Global Wellness Day will be celebrated with free activities to enjoy a full day dedicated to both mental and physical wellbeing at The Social Hub’s Italian Hub’s in Bologna and Florence.
The Social Hub Florence will offer urban trekking dedicated to fun and wellness, in collaboration with partner Officina 14 and its founder Michele Franzone. The itinerary will start from The Social Hub and finish at Piazzale Michelangelo. While trekking along the most beautiful places in the city, there will be some stops dedicated to group workouts, followed by a walk back to The Social Hub for a final stretching session and a catch-up with refreshing drinks.

In the inner courtyard of The Social Hub Bologna, a special yoga and meditation session will be hosted by Valentina Sisera, yoga teacher, tarot-coach and creative consultant. The practise will focus on female empowerment and its impact on leadership in today's society. It will be followed by a catch-up moment with refreshing drinks.
