Amsterdam, The Netherlands (March 11, 2025) – On the heels of becoming a Certified B Corporation for meeting rigorous social and environmental standards, The Social Hub reinforces its commitment to help create a better society for all by celebrating B Corp Month – a time to celebrate the impact of business as a force for good. As part of this global initiative, the pioneer in hybrid hospitality aims to engage with fellow B Corp-certified companies and inspire individuals and more businesses to act with transparency and accountability. A curated calendar of strategic partnerships, collaborations and engaging activations across its locations in Europe will be taking place throughout the month of March.

What does it mean to be B Corp Certified?

In October 2024, The Social Hub officially became B Corp Certified on its first attempt with an overall score of 107.1 out of 200, well above the average of 94.

B Corp certification is more than a mark, it's a way of seeing the world and leading for good. It also reflects how sustainability and community are fast becoming essential aspects of business for companies like The Social Hub. From positive impact on the environment & community to a shared vision for tomorrow, the growing global collective of organisations driven by purpose is reinventing business by committing to pursue a balanced approach to profit and societal impact.

The Social Hub's Director of Sustainability & Impact Amber Westerborg stated: “Only five months after obtaining B Corp Certification, all of us at The Social Hub have ramped up efforts on ensuring our commitment to the movement to continue to grow. We are so excited to be participating in our first ever B Corp Month with events across Europe alongside new and existing strategic partners, as well as with leaders from our local communities. We look forward to seeing this dynamic programme come to life and – more importantly – inspire new connections and impact generation.”
