Milan, Italy (December 11th, 2023) – Leading hybrid hospitality company, The Social Hub has always supported its community to learn and grow, and today that commitment has been strengthened through a strategic partnership with Europe's leading digital skills academy, Talent Garden.
The new strategic partnership creates more opportunities for The Social Hub’s community to explore and continuously learn. Through this initiative, they will have access to Talent Garden’s online learning tools, including Hyper Island content, alongside a bespoke programme being created for in-house students aimed at developing their skills and improving employability.
“We are really excited about this strategic partnership. Now we’re able to offer a unique educational opportunity to our communities across Europe. This takes what we can bring to our students, co-workers and other guests to the next level. As Talent Garden and The Social Hub have so many shared values, we felt we could build on this to create connections for both our communities; we can now expand our extensive community programme to include meaningful and fun courses that educate and develop talent. Talent Garden is the link to provide more knowledge, spaces and resources needed to grow this ambition further and we are confident this will help us further bring people together to create a better society,” states Charlie MacGregor, CEO & Founder of The Social Hub.
The Social Hub has revolutionised how buildings and spaces are used to connect different types of guests – whether they are locals, students, extended stay guests, entrepreneurs, business travellers or city explorers. Today’s announcement will see its properties put to even greater use by supporting individuals as they learn, play, work and stay.
Through this new partnership, Talent Garden will utilise hotel and meeting spaces at The Social Hub locations to run educational programmes during off-peak season. Talent Garden will also support The Social Hub with co-working strategies and best practices, while generating positive social impact on local communities, particularly in Italy and Austria where the educational programmes and systems will be trialled. The pilot scheme will run for one year in three of The Social Hub’s 16 properties: Bologna, Florence and Vienna. The programmes will subsequently be rolled over a two-year period across The Social Hub’s portfolio.
“Talent Garden is delighted to work alongside The Social Hub on a shared vision to unlock the highest potential and prepare students, start-ups, companies, professionals and corporations to become the digital leaders of tomorrow,” concluded Davide Dattoli, Founder and President of Talent Garden.
